What I've. . Learned - July 7, 2008
Today, I've learned that having a lot of branches is a lot of work. There are a lot of problems that
you will face when you expand. We discussed 3 problems. Namely, distribution of ingredients/products,
the people, and money.

What I've learned. . . June 30. . .
I learned two things today. The first is objective of IS people. Their objective is to
provide more accurate information anywhere, anytime, when needed by people who
works for an organization. And the second one, never trust Kreeno (a.k.a Billy Crawford) for announcements.

What I've Learned... June 18, 2008
There are different kinds of managers. Each of them has different roles in a business.
The easiest of them all is the Operational Manager. He plans the everyday and does more work.
The Strategic Manager is the one that has the greatest responsibility. He is responsible for the
whole company. If he does not come up with very good strategies, his company will die.
